About the Role
You will be working at Concord Repatriation General Hospital. The hospital has a well-earned reputation for excellence in healthcare for over 70 years. Building on its proud heritage of caring for the Veteran community, the hospital now services the local communities of Concord, Strathfield, Burwood and beyond.
You will be providing patient/family centred clinical advice to clients, carers, families and other health care professionals.
Flexible Working Hours to Suit Your Lifestyle
Temporary Full Time (1.0 FTE) up to 29 August 2025
- Hours: 38 hours per week
Temporary Full Time (1.0 FTE) up to 16 January 2026
- Hours: 38 hours per week
Temporary Part Time (0.6 FTE) up to 20 June 2025
- Hours: 24 hours per week

Ideal Candidate
- Must hold a Bachelor or post graduate degree in Social Work that provides eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
- Demonstrated knowledge, skills and clinical experience in Social Work clinical practice.
- Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
