At Concord Repatriation General Hospital, we are committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care to individuals battling cancer, blood disorders, and those requiring palliative support. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Haematology, Oncology, and Palliative Care Ward.

In this vital role, you will provide evidence-informed, compassionate nursing care to our diverse patient population. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions tailored to the unique needs of each patient. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in the Haematology, Oncology, and Palliative Care settings.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and deliver personalised care plans.
- Administer chemotherapy, manage central lines, and support stem cell transplant procedures.
- Offer end-of-life care and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring the highest standards of nursing practice.

About the Ward
Our 1A Ward is a 24-bed unit that provides specialized care to Haematology, Oncology, and Palliative Care patients. It is an environment where nurses can thrive, develop, and engage in high-level clinical practices while working with a dedicated team.
Essential Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
- Strong clinical knowledge and experience in Haematology, Oncology, or Palliative Care (preferred, but not essential).
- A passion for patient-centered care and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.
- Must have full working rights within Australia.
