About the Organisation
Professor Marie Bashir Centre Camperdown was opened in 2014 and has been designed to be a place of healing and recovery. The centre is integrated with community mental health services to ensure people can get back to work, school, family and friends as soon as possible. The centre is a warm and calm environment with murals, a peaceful garden and colourful common areas for patients and their visitors.
About the Opportunity
In this role, you are expected to assist Allied Health Professionals in the provision of high quality services to patients/clients and carers in order to ensure optimal health outcomes for the patients/clients of the service by providing clinical and /or administrative support. This position will provide opportunities for meaningful therapeutic engagement for consumers in the inpatient mental health setting.

Ideal Candidate
- Equivalent work experience in an allied health or health related setting and/or successful completion of Certificate III or Certificate IV Allied Health Assistant or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and cooperatively with health professionals in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Current NSW driver’s licence (P1 and P2 acceptable).
