About the Role
Concord Repatriation General Hospital has a well-earned reputation for excellence in healthcare for over 70 years. Building on its proud heritage of caring for the Veteran community, the hospital now services the local communities of Concord, Strathfield, Burwood and beyond.
The Admissions Interview Officer provides a high standard of customer service whilst performing administrative duties within the Admissions Department.
This position has a rotating start time of 6:15-7:30am with a set roster of Monday/Tuesday and then Wednesday/Thursday/Friday.

Ideal Candidate
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing so as to competently interview patients and also provide patients, relatives and staff with relevant information as required.
- Customer service skills, and an understanding and an interest in providing a high standard of customer service.
- Good computing skills and attention to detail (e.g. data entry, Intranet, email, Word, eMR modules).
