About the Role

This position is responsible for efficient and effective provision of administrative services in accordance with the requirements of the allocated role on a casual on-call basis. This includes both inpatient, emergency and outpatient based departments and services.

Ideal Candidate

  • Demonstrated high level written and verbal skills with the ability to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels with a customer service focus.
  • Proven attention to detail with a very high level of accuracy when working with a range of computer systems and administrative processes.
  • Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster.

Applicants must be flexible to work the following shifts across the Inpatient, Outpatient and Emergency Service Department:

07:00-15:30, 07:30-16:00, 08:00-16:30, 08:30-17:00.
