About the Role
For over 70 years Concord Repatriation General Hospital has had a well-earned reputation for excellence in healthcare as well as undertaking world class clinical education and research. Building on its proud heritage of caring for the Veteran community, the hospital now services the local communities of Concord, Strathfield, Burwood and beyond.
Scheduling processes involve communicating with clients/carers/referrers regarding the various teams’ eligibility and availability.
The role will manage communication via email/phone with two external providers for all teams involved in the TACP Plus brokered services contract. Staff will enter data on client services into spreadsheets and compile reports to enable the contract manager to work with the providers and ensure that KPI’s are being met.
Staff will ensure paperwork taken by assessors on visits is printed in a timely manner to enable those visits to be completed effectively.
Ideal Candidate
- Understanding of and/or experience in the health and aged care service sectors.
- Current NSW Drivers Licence (P1 and P2 acceptable).
