Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in human resource administration mainly for Junior Medical Officers.
- Experience in writing, managing rosters, leave and payroll enquiries.
- Knowledge in the use of Health Roster or another rostering package.
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience and ability in computer based software packages, such as Health Roster, StaffLink and Microsoft Office products (Access, Word and Excel).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated time management skills, data entry accuracy & ability to organise and prioritise work effectively to meet deadlines.
