The Role
The provision of high quality, efficient customer-centred administrative support services to the Department of Radiology.

Selection Criteria
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills and the ability to function as a part of a team while promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Demonstrated and proven accurate data entry and high level clerical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy and demanding environment including ability to organise and set work priorities to meet department benchmarks and standards.
- Demonstrated computer literacy including proficient keyboard and data entry skills.
- Demonstrated and proven excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to understand the importance of correct patient financial classification and revenue collection in a public hospital setting.
