BreastScreen NSW is a vital part of the Cancer Institute NSW, delivering high-quality breast cancer screening and early detection services across New South Wales. As part of a nationally accredited program, BreastScreen NSW is dedicated to reducing the impact of breast cancer through accessible, free, and comprehensive mammography services for women. BreastScreen SESI provides approximately 62,000 free screening mammograms annually for the early detection of breast cancer.  Committed to excellence and inclusivity, BreastScreen NSW operates a state-wide network of clinics and mobile screening units to ensure that women, including those in rural and remote communities, can access life-saving screenings. What you'll be doing

The role of the Image and Data Officer includes daily operation of the Mammography Digital System (PACS) system to ensure the correct hanging of the screening images. Perform the quality checking of the PACS to maintain an accurate and reliable record to support the highest standard of client care.  
                                                                                               
Maintain responsibility for personal and professional development by participating in training/education activities and performance reviews/appraisals in order to continuously improve the level and quality of service.
