Selection Criteria:
  1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  2. Demonstrated experience with the Microsoft Office software package
  3. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and work both autonomously and as part of a team
  4. Demonstrated experience and proficiency in digital/voice dictation typing with a speed of at least 50wpm
  5. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and adapt to a constantly changing environment
  6. Previous administrative/secretarial experience in a hospital or medical environment and relevant organizational skills
  7. Knowledge of Medical Terminology
  8. Demonstrate understanding of inpatient and outpatient billing including experience in Power Billing and Revenue Collection (PBRC) including financial classifications and knowledge of inpatient and outpatient billing or willingness to learn
