What you'll be doing
BreastScreen NSW is a vital part of the Cancer Institute NSW, delivering high-quality breast cancer screening and early detection services across New South Wales. As part of a nationally accredited program, BreastScreen NSW is dedicated to reducing the impact of breast cancer through accessible, free, and comprehensive mammography services for women. BreastScreen SESI provides approximately 62,000 free screening mammograms annually for the early detection of breast cancer. Committed to excellence and inclusivity, BreastScreen NSW operates a state-wide network of clinics and mobile screening units to ensure that women, including those in rural and remote communities, can access life-saving screenings. The role of Senior Administration Officer is responsible for the day to day management of a designated BreastScreen SESI site/cluster of sites and the implementation of the BreastScreen SESI policies and procedures at the site/s. The position will be highly client-focus orientated and work with senior members of the BreastScreen SESI team to meet the expectation of the clients who attend the site. This includes creating a welcoming and client-focus environment, managing the presentation of the site, and coordinating minor maintenance tasks. The role will be responsible for reception duties and working with the Administration Services Manager regarding client engagement, client feedback and policy/procedure changes.
