Sydney Children's Hospital Randwick is seeking applications from undergraduate nurses who will be entering their third year of undergraduate studies in 2020 (or 2nd yr if it is a Masters). Successful applicants will join our Casual Pool as Undergraduate Assistants in Nursing commencing Jan 2020. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a paediatric environment.

What you'll be doing
The undergraduate Assistant in Nursing provides safe, compassionate, person-centred care to patients and families of the Sydney Children's Hospital Network, under the direct supervision of an Enrolled Nurse or a Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife.
The Assistant in Nursing acts as a role model by demonstrating behaviours and interacting with patients, their families and employees to promote a culture and standards that reflect the NSW Health CORE values of Collaboration, Openness , Respect and Empowerment.
