ABOUT THE ROLE

The Administrative Support Officer provides high quality executive, administrative and secretarial support services to the Director Professional Standards and Senior Managers, Professional Conduct & Integrity (PCI) and provides secretarial and administrative assistance to the other staff of PCI to ensure the efficient functioning of the team.

This position is for a period of up to 12 months with possible extension.

ABOUT YOU

This is a diverse, hands-on role which requires a high level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive correspondence and other information, strong interpersonal skills, energy, and attention to detail.  

As our ideal candidate, you will have:

  • Superb communication and stakeholder engagement capability.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise to take initiative and prioritise your work.
  • Strong skills in the use of Microsoft products, Content Manager, and the ability to quickly learn other software products.
  • Prior experience as an administrative assistant will be advantageous.
