- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work providing eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers with a minimum of five years post graduate social work clinical practice.
- Extensive and broad clinical social work experience in health.
Demonstrated skills and experience in the design, development, delivery and evaluation of education programs for social workers and/ or social work students.
- Demonstrated experience in planning, coordinating and evaluating social work field education.
Understanding of the application of adult learning principles in continuing professional development and field education.
- Demonstrated experience in the supervision of social work students and clinical staff.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous Quality Improvement, Evidence Based Practice and the development and implementation of research skills. Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, with advanced report writing and computer skills
