Registered Nurse, Aged Care Rapid Response Team
Do you have a passion for Aged Care? The Aged Care Rapid Response Team (ARRT) is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to assist in the coordination of the response to Residential Aged Care Facilities. There are temporary part time positions available, until 30 June 2025.

What you'll be doing
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individual/s and the greater health care team to achieve quality patient care outcome.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Registered Nurse - Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated skills in comprehensive assessment of older people, and knowledge and/or experience working with Aged Care and Rehabilitation Services and community care.
- Experience in the acute care setting.
- Demonstrated well developed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, including computer skills, with demonstrated experience in or willingness to learn and use electronic clinical/medical/patient information and reporting systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and problem solve both independently and as a member of the multidisciplinary team.
- Current unencumbered NSW Driver’s Licence.
