Selection Criteria to be addressed:
- Degree in Medical Radiation Science and registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Medical Radiation Practitioner (Diagnostic Radiography), and current I14 Radiation Licence from NSW EPA.
- Experience and proven ability to fully manage all aspects of a sectional modality. This will include the ability to supervise, instruct and mentor junior members of staff.
- Demonstrated clinical expertise and proficiency in complex Theatre Cases.
- Experience with implementing and maintaining quality improvement activities to enhance and improve work practices.
- Evidence of leadership skills and motivation with sound ability in conflict resolution and staff performance management
- Demonstrated ability to organize workload to ensure staff and equipment are utilized effectively
- Demonstrated well developed problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.
