What you will bring to the role:
- Demonstrated secretarial / administrative experience in supporting management at a senior level.
- Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated organisational skills with an ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
- Experience in the preparation of high level correspondence such as briefing papers and reports.
- Demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to carry out a variety of complex functions that require sound judgement and flexibility and the ability to work autonomously.
- Experience in statistical analysis and reporting.
- Commitment and understanding of customer service principles including demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapports.
