This role will see you liaise with both internal and external customers in relation to Divisional matters, Prepare briefs, correspondence, submissions and reports as required. Your day will consist of Managing the Division Executive mail and draw attention to urgent matters, Refer mail to others within the LHD as appropriate and ensure that all mail received is dealt with promptly.

What you will bring to the role
- Demonstrated high level administrative skills
- Demonstrated high level oral and written communication skills including preparation of reports, briefings, minutes and agendas
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and implement systems and processes to ensure deadlines are met
- Ability to maintain spread sheets and databases and provide regular monthly reports
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, utilise discretion and maintain strict confidentiality whilst working as an efficient team member
- Experience and knowledge of document management using TRIM or demonstrated ability to learn databases
- Ability to support Visiting Medical Officers (VMO) by handling timesheet enquiries and VMO timesheet processing
- Ability to undertake the secretariat role and prepare agendas and paperwork for Division meetings
