Selection Criteria to be addressed:
- Demonstrated evidence of experience in improvement of work systems and establishment of quality process and audit systems
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written with high level interpersonal skills in communicating effectively with senior personnel, departmental managers, staff and patients
- Demonstrated knowledge of iPM and/or similar patient management database
- Knowledge of Ministry of Health Waiting Time and Elective Patient Management policy or demonstrated ability to research, understand and comply with policy
- Demonstrated proficiency in use of Microsoft Office applications and an array of corporate applications
- Demonstrated understanding and commitment to professional standards, development of staff and change management processes
- Experience in staff supervision and delegation of work to subordinates as appropriate
