Hawkesbury District Health Service is a teaching hospital in Windsor NSW, providing acute, community and allied health services for the local community and surrounding districts. The service provides 24-hour emergency, medical, surgical, diagnostic, maternity, neonatal, paediatric, palliative, intensive and coronary care services.
Hawkesbury District Hospital is currently looking for a Temporary Part Time Administration Officer to join Administration & Patient Services Team. This position will ensure the timely booking of patients to waitlist, the maintenance of data and statistics, reporting of waitlist bookings to relevant colleagues and Drs, capture of WLCOS data and correction of same to ensure patients are treated promptly, all performed within MoH Guidelines.

What you will bring to the role
- Experience with Surgery bookings in a Public Hospital setting.
- Understanding of NSW Health Waitlist Policy.
- Demonstrated experience with iPM, Scheduler and Powerchart.
- Commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of WLCOS.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Previous Waitlist and booking experience.
