Hawkesbury District Health Service is a teaching hospital in Windsor NSW, providing acute, community and allied health services for the local community and surrounding districts. The service provides 24-hour emergency, medical, surgical, diagnostic, maternity, neonatal, paediatric, palliative, intensive and coronary care services.

The successful incumbent will provide efficient and effective clerical and administration relief service throughout clinical and non-clinical areas of the hospital, ensuring timeframes and deadlines are met.

What you will bring to the role
- The ability to work constructively, cooperatively and efficiently with both internal and external client
- A high level of keyboard, PC, Database and general clerical skills, attention to detail
- Demonstrated high level of organisational skills, with ability to meet tight timeframes and prioritise workload
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, nights, public holidays and weekends
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills with experience working in a networked PC environment
- Previous experience in similar Hospital or Health facility-based position
- Switchboard and reception experience for a large organisation
- Demonstrated ability in the use of tact, diplomacy, confidentiality and discretion
