Selection Criteria:

  1. Demonstrated experience and commitment to providing excellence in customer service providing examples of where you have gone above and beyond
  2. Demonstrated ability to write clear and concise communications
  3. High level competency in the use of information and communication technology, including standard software, experience working with data and ability to learn new programs readily.
  4. Demonstrated attention to detail with a very high level of systematic, accuracy and accurate manner having the understanding of risks associated with data errors.
  5. Proven competence in keyboarding and data entry with a 90% accuracy
  6. Ability to identify daily work for completion, adapting priorities within a constantly changing environment to achieve quality service outcomes
  7. Demonstrated capacity and willingness to work a varied and changing roster encompassing shifts in different roles across all services.
