What you will bring to the role:
- Extensive clerical experience in receptionist/customer service position
- Demonstrated excellent clerical organisational skills and time management.
- Demonstrated effective communication skills – verbal and written, with strong attention to details.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Competent computer skills in a windows based environment
- Basic knowledge and familiarity with data entry into database systems.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to flexible work practices
- Knowledge of iPMS, Electronic Journey Board and Electronic Medical Record system
