Targeted Questions (1 - 2 pages)
If you do not include responses to the below questions your application will not be considered.
- Describe your experience in understanding, interpreting and applying legislation in instances of substance diversion, misuse of drugs or significant safety risks that required immediate and extensive action to obtain optimal outcomes for patient safety and clinical quality outcomes for individual patients or the NSW community.
- Describe your thought process when you are presented with a prescription for a Schedule 8 medicine for dispensing. Provide details on what you are looking for and what actions you would take to ensure that you:
- achieve compliance with the legislation
- apply appropriate clinical and professional judgement
