About this role

You will be supporting multiple projects to build and strengthen the NSW Health and Innovation Precincts and drive improved outcomes for NSW population by supporting key networks, managing stakeholder engagement, supporting advocacy, and assisting to facilitate the broader Heath Precinct ecosystem.
Crown Clerk 7/8, starting salary from $110,266 - $122,058 p.a. plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.

What you'll be doing
NSW Health and Innovation Precincts exist within the NSW Health system, through the integration of health, education, research and innovation signalled by a partnership between Health, University and/or industry on or around health owned land.
Whilst no two days will be the same, as a Policy and Project Officer in the NSW Health and Innovation Precincts team you will be supporting strategies that develop strong foundations, create policy enablers and build capabilities for Health and Innovation Precincts in the complex health system.
The role includes support for developing and maintaining key stakeholder engagement across the NSW Health and Innovation Precinct ecosystem. Organisation of key Precinct Network meetings. Supporting responses to Precinct related queries from Government and other Government Departments and co-ordinating responses.
About you
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:
- Relevant degree in health, science, public health or equivalent experience.
- Experience in healthcare delivery, health policy or health technology/industry experience.
- Experience in supporting multiple projects through effective planning, time management and managing competing needs.
- The ability to build and maintain datasets for tracking key stakeholder engagement.
- A growth mindset, and commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
- The ability to work in a small dynamic team environment with flexibility and a can-do attitude.
- Experience with managing meetings and events would be advantageous.
