- Provide an example of a time where you identified an opportunity to enhance a governance system, platform or process. What were the steps you went through to implement the enhancements and what were the outcomes?
- Provide an example of a significant change management process you have led or supported. What was your role, how did you engage the stakeholders and what was the outcome?
