1. Provide an example of a time where you had to provide advice on a piece of legislation or organisational policy that was relied on by a stakeholder external to your business unit. 
2. Provide an example of a time where you had to summarise a complex matter (such as a grievance, allegation or complaint). What were the key things you included in the summary and recommendation to management, and why?
