What your day-to-day will look like:

You will:

Provide HR and administrative support across multiple teams, including Rural Incentives, Rostering, and Workforce Transactions.

Support data analysis, reporting, and workforce planning initiatives.

Draft and refine communications, reports, and emails for internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate events, training sessions, and workforce engagement initiatives.

Work flexibly across different teams based on business needs, ensuring a dynamic and varied workload.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is adaptable, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You should have:

A background in HR, business administration, workforce planning, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with numbers, spreadsheets, and data.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A proactive and solution-focused mindset – someone who gets things done!

The ability to work collaboratively across different teams and adapt to changing priorities.

A keen interest in workforce operations and a desire to develop broad HR expertise.
