Workforce Business Support Partner - People & Wellbeing Goulburn

Selection Criteria:

1. Well-developed Human Resource knowledge and complex HR systems management experience.
2. Well-developed subject matter capability in relation to position maintenance functionality within StaffLink or a similar HR system.
3. Demonstrated developed interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills including interest in and ability to provide authoritative advice to managers.
4. Well-developed capability in compiling effective guidance material for managers in relation to position maintenance processes in StaffLink or a similar HR system.
5 Demonstrated commitment to customer service and ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
6 Effective time management and demonstrated ability to prioritise to complete tasks to agreed timeframes in a complex environment.
7. Ability to extract and analyse data to produce reports to meet the needs of the organisation. Demonstrated experience working with a variety of software and database systems.
8. Current unrestricted drivers’ licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances.
