We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused VMoney Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional service via phone, email, and in-person interactions. You will prepare financial reports, manage correspondence, and ensure timely follow-up on tasks.


Key responsibilities include supporting data entry, recruitment, payroll, purchase requisitions, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with the State Records Management Act. Strong organisational skills and the ability to build effective working relationships are essential. As the VMoney clerk, you will be responsible for Auditing all VMO claims within a strict timeframe. Join us and contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced environment!


As a part-time permanent position, we are seeking someone to join our team for 16 hours per week and are flexible around days/hours for the preferred candidate. We understand that personal life is important, therefore, we are dedicated to ensuring this can work around your other commitments. VMoney clerk is responsible for auditing all VMO claims within a strict timeframe.


To be successful in this role, you will:
  • Have relevant administrative qualifications or equivalent experience
  • Possess a strong ability to problem-solve and take proactive action
  • Be a team player, capable of collaborating effectively across diverse work teams to ensure smooth coordination and task completion
  • Be highly organised, able to plan, prioritise, and manage your own workload
  • Be proficient in a wide range of computer systems and software
  • Have experience with medical terminology and typing (desirable)
