About the role:

Join the dedicated team at Rankin Park Centre as a Transport Nurse, where you will enjoy true work-life balance while supporting patients on their journey to recovery.

In this vital role, you will collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to safely escort and support patients to appointments outside the Centre as part of their individualised rehabilitation plans. Your care and presence will help ensure continuity, safety, and comfort throughout each patient’s experience.

Requirements:
Our successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Enrolled Nurse (Medication Endorsed where applicable) with current Authority to Practice with AHPRA.
  • Current Australian Driver's license and willingness to travel for work purposes.
