HealthShare NSW is looking for a dynamic and passionate Training Delivery Officer to join the Procurement and Supply Chain Development and Delivery Team and revolutionize the way we connect and digitize procurement and supply chain processes across the NSW Health value chain!

HealthShare NSW invites driven and visionary professionals to embark on an extraordinary opportunity as a Training Delivery Officer, playing a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of learning-based activities within multiple projects.

About you

The skills, knowledge and experience we are looking for in you include:

  • Extensive, practical experience in adult learning and development in a large and complex/diverse service industry organisation, including relevant qualifications (Certificate IV in Training and Assessment 40116) or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in the scope, design, development, delivery and evaluation of training and education programs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills including written, facilitation, presentation and consultation skills with proven ability to collaborate, influence and negotiate with stakeholders to deliver high quality outcomes.
  • Strong customer focus and quality service orientation appropriate to providing support to end users of information systems.

Targeted Questions

  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or equivalent demonstrated experience with high level skills in facilitating adult learning processes
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills and experience in planning, developing, facilitating, delivering and evaluating education and training programs
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience in presenting to and engaging with a range of healthcare professionals, administrative staff and other key stakeholders
  • Excellent written communication skills and computer skills with experience in developing training and user support materials, including user manuals, quick reference guides, information sheets, training manuals/guides, and training assessments
  • Willingness and ability to travel to facilities within NSW in accordance with position responsibilities
