About the role
The position primarily focuses performing a range of laboratory and administrative support, contributing to the efficient operation of the Department, and consequently delivering a patient focused service.
We are looking for someone who has…
- Previous work experience in a health service or clinical diagnostic laboratory.
- A working knowledge of, or demonstrated ability to learn, general laboratory duties and sample handling procedures relevant to the Department.
- Problem solving and analytical skills combined with the ability to investigate and resolve general issues within the laboratory environment.

About working for SLHD
All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course (2 doses) of a Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) approved or recognised COVID-19 vaccine (except for the Janssen COVID-19 vaccine which is approved by the TGA as a single dose primary course).
