Team Leader Podiatrist

- Proven expertise in delivering advanced clinical care, particularly in managing complex high-risk foot complications, including specialised lower limb wound assessment and management
- Demonstrated experience in managing clinic operations, including scheduling, resource management, and optimising patient flow, while maintaining administrative systems to support quality improvement and research activities.
- Can you describe a time when you had to balance advocating for your team’s needs while also aligning with leadership expectations? How did you navigate this dynamic, and what was the outcome?
