Team Leader Pharmacist - Emergency and Critical Care

1. Registered as a practicing pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with post registration clinical or management/leadership qualifications or equivalent skills/experience.
2. Significant experience and a demonstrated high level of competence, expertise, skill and application of clinical judgment in the provision of Emergency and Critical Care clinical pharmacy services.
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including demonstrated ability to develop high quality written guidelines, procedures, educational, research or business materials.
4. Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, including communication, negotiation, team building, influencing, conflict resolution and the building of a positive workplace culture.
5. Proven ability and commitment to effectively role model, champion and promote teamwork and demonstrated management and development of staff.
6. Demonstrated skills and experience in managing a complex workload, problem solving and development and implementation of initiatives.
7. Demonstrated commitment to professional development.
