The Opportunity 

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Support Officer to join our Performance Analytics team. In this key role, you will provide a range of high-level administrative and project support activities to ensure the smooth and effective operation of our programs and initiatives.

You will be responsible for supporting the planning, scheduling, reporting, and coordination of program activities. This includes preparing documentation and reports, maintaining strong communication with stakeholders, tracking timelines and deliverables, and contributing to process improvements that enhance overall project delivery. Your work will be instrumental in enabling the team to meet its goals and drive continuous improvement across the business.
