- Degree is Science (preferably in social, biological, pharmacy or Nursing healthcare sciences).
- Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience of Clinic Trial Coordination and understanding and adherence of the WHO guidelines of Good Clinical Practice.
- Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology.
- Experience facilitating patient recruitment and follow up strategies with clinic personnel and operational problem solving.
- Excellent organisation, time management, problem solving and communication (both written and verbal) skills. Ability to interact in a professional and sensitive manner with medical personnel, research subjects, and other research staff.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a results-oriented research team; highly organised with significant attention to detail.
- Demonstrated advanced computer and IT software skills required with a sound knowledge of database system operations.
