Selection Criteria:
- Evidence of extensive clinical and management experience as a practising Speech Pathology.
- Recognised qualification in Speech Pathology, and eligible for registration with Speech Pathology Australia, and commitment to own ongoing professional development.
- Proven ability to provide high level of guidance, leadership and management of departmental resources and services.
- Demonstrated high-level written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of and commitment to quality improvement processes and the application of evidence based practice within Speech Pathology.
- Ability to provide leadership and direction in assisting the flexible utilisation of resources to enhance service delivery.
