About Your Role
South West Brain Injury Rehabilitation Service is a specialist brain injury rehabilitation providing rehabilitation and case management for children and adults with acquired brain injury. The service is provided by a multidisciplinary allied health team working in partnership with Rehabilitation Physicians. As a Social Worker at Murrumbidgee Local Health District you will deliver psychosocial assessment and intervention and consultative support within across our District.
This dynamic role offers diverse service delivery through onsite, telehealth appointments and outreach trips to rural communities.
The ideal candidate will be based in Albury, with consideration for candidates based in other major MLHD centres on a merit basis. In person participation in the residential transitional living unit program based in Albury on a fortnightly basis will be a requirement of the role.
