  • Strong Clinical Knowledge in mental health, with a solid understanding of contemporary service delivery including intake, shared care, and consumer/family-focused interventions.
  • A Trauma-Informed Approach, with the ability to apply these principles in everyday practice when supporting individuals and families experiencing mental health challenges.
  • Relationship-Building Skills, including the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with consumers, families, carers, and other stakeholders using empathy, professionalism, and sound conflict resolution strategies.
  • Team Collaboration, with proven ability to work constructively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver the best possible outcomes for those in your care.

If you’re dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others and value working in a supportive and forward-thinking environment, we’d love to hear from you.
