SMO Co-ordinator
1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in health management, business administration, human resources or relevant equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
2. Demonstrated knowledge of the legislation, awards and policies relating to the employment of Senior Medical Officers.
3. Demonstrated effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload to meet conflicting deadlines.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, liaison and interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service.
5. Demonstrated capacity to assist with the development and implementation of relevant policies, procedures, standards and practices.
6. High level skills with databases and MS suite of software.
7. Demonstrated ability to maintain meticulous attention to detail and meet predetermined targets and deadlines, while being flexible and able to adapt work practices to suit circumstances.
8. Current drivers licence with a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position.
