SESLHD - Training, Education & Study Leave (TESL) Officer. St George Hospital
- Strong background in administration with an ability to interpret awards, agreements and employment legislation
- Demonstrated experience and / or high level competence in managing financial matters such as accounts payable, purchasing and/or leave management coordination systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills with a demonstrated ability to establish sound working relationships/rapport with senior staff (including but not limited to Medical and Managerial)
- Extremely high level of attention to detail with an ability to quickly and accurately identify and escalate significant issues as they arise
- High level organisational and administrative skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and make relevant decisions (within the scope of the role), whilst working with a high degree of autonomy in a role with competing demands
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Internet, e-mail technology and MS Office applications and experience in the use of electronic systems involving applications and approvals
