What You'll Be Doing:

Provide quality customer service to patients, employees and members of the public, ensuring a respectful and helpful response is provided to all face-to-face and telephone enquiries, facilitating timely access to people and services and supporting a positive opinion of the health service. To be responsible for the day to day running and operation of Telecommunication services incorporating PABX and VoIP telephone services, MIE (Message Integration Engine) and Paging services.

Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated commitment to providing quality customer service.
- Experience in responding to a range of customer enquiries and determining the appropriate response in a complex work environment.
- Proven to work as part of a team in a busy environment.
- Organisational skills and ability to work with limited supervision.
- Ability to work a 24 hours, 7 day a week rotating roster.
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Outlook as well as other PC based programs.
- Current drivers licence (or a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position).
