  1. Tertiary qualifications in a health related discipline (e.g. science, nursing, data management) or similar experience such as project management in the pharmaceutical, medical device or biotechnology industries, or a combination of both.
  2. Experience conducting clinical trials with demonstrated experience preparing ethics applications, Site Specific Assessment applications and research governance, trial budgets and trial contracts.
  3. Demonstrated critical thinking, problem solving and organisational skills.
  4. Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritise, manage competing tasks and meet deadlines.
  5. Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
  7. Attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate and complete documentation.
  8. Demonstrated ability to function effectively as a member of a team.
