The Environmental and Support Services Coordinator is responsible for providing support for human resources, financial, administration services to the environmental services portfolio across The Royal Hospital for Women and Prince of Wales Hospital, Randwick to achieve business and service objectives.

  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in corporate and/or health services management or relevant equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
  2. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the policies and processes required to deliver quality services within a large and complex organisation.
  3. Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team in performing a range of management and administrative tasks within allocated timeframe.
  4. Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with key stakeholders.
  5. Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare service reports, briefs, and service documentation.
  6. Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt work practices to meet current and emerging business needs.
  7. Demonstrated ability to determine priorities for others and delegate tasks to achieve work objectives in line with business needs.
  8. Current drivers licence (with a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position).
