Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and passionate Senior Speech Pathologist who is ready for a new adventure. As the Senior Speech Pathologist, you will be able to create, lead and deliver crucial services to our regional Griffith communities. About the role:
Joining a high performing multidisciplinary team, you will support services for a range of clients including children, adults and their loved ones. You will be an integral piece of a collaborative, supportive and empowering team who play an essential role within our community.
As the Senior Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for:
- delivering comprehensive speech pathology services
- leading a multidisciplinary team to optimise the health care and wellbeing of each client and their loved ones
- supporting complex cases with a variety of challenges and considerations to navigate

About You
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- An in-depth understanding and ability to provide speech pathology services in a curious and empathetic way
- Tertiary Qualifications and a Membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- High level of professionalism with ability to work independently and as part of a large team
- Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage a diverse workload and prioritise services where necessary
