About this role
We are seeking a Senior Project Officer who will work closely with the Registrar of the Tribunal to implement five major projects in 2025. The projects are critical to the functioning of the Tribunal covering software, branding, website and premises. We seek a creative person with excellent written and spoken communication skills who thrives in a challenging and diverse environment.

Crown Clerk 9/10, starting salary from $125,693 - $138,510 p.a. plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.

What you'll be doing 

  1. Liaise with NSW Health procurement, e-Health, HealthShare and other relevant Health departments and external providers where project parameters intersect with these stakeholders.
  2. In conjunction with the Registrar, manage the following active projects:
    1. Digitisation program for client records
    2. Upgrade of client management software
    3. New premises fit out and relocation
    4. Website upgrade
    5. Review and migration of Tribunal forms

About you 
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of the Tribunal with: 

  • The ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Creative approach to problem-solving
  • Strong professional writing skills
  • The ability to work in a small dynamic team environment.
