Senior Program Manager

The Senior Program Manager leads the successful implementation of Leadership and Management Development programs within the Health Education and Training Institute (HETI). This role is responsible for leading the design, development, delivery and evaluation of education and training programs designed to develop the leadership and management capabilities of NSW Health staff. The Senior Program Manager collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to achieve program outcomes, and support achievement of HETI and NSW Health strategic objectives.

The role is based in Sydney at 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards in a modern, purpose-built 5 star rated green campus that is well serviced by public transport and access to public parking. The building offers activity-based working conditions with agile and flexible workspaces and the latest in technology, modern end-of-trip facilities, and secure bicycle storage. There is an onsite cafe, and a 100-space childcare centre.
