Senior Physiotherapist- Rehabilitation in the Home (RITH)
What you will bring to the role:
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current registration as a physiotherapist with AHPRA
- Substantial postgraduate level of knowledge, skills and clinical expertise across a broad range of Rehabilitative Physiotherapy including but not limited to Cardiorespiratory, Neurology/Neurosurgical, Orthopaedics, Infectious Diseases, Aged Care and patients with multiple comorbidities
- Demonstrated high level verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to independently problem-solve and apply professional and ethical boundaries when working with complex situations as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Demonstrated ability to implement a new service, provide advice to service managers on Physiotherapy WH&S, clinical service development, practice and design in response to demands and client / stakeholder needs.
- emonstrated commitment to professional development and demonstrated knowledge of & experience with Quality Improvement & Evidence Based Practice
- Demonstrated ability to deliver Physiotherapy Rehabilitation services via Virtual Care
- Current driver's licence (including P1 or above) and willingness to use for work purposes.
