Senior Physiotherapist Pain Management
- Full registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia and current AHPRA registration. Evidence of extensive clinical experience in the delivery of physiotherapy services for patients with complex chronic pain conditions at a minimum of a Level 2 Physiotherapist and proven leadership skills demonstrating ability to contribute to district wide services.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments, within a biopsychosocial framework, of patients referred to the MJC PMRC and advise on appropriate management as part of the multidisciplinary team.
- Proven ability to conduct individual interventions, both face to face and via telehealth, as part of the multidisciplinary team, in keeping with current evidence-based treatments for chronic pain.
- Collaborates and participates as a member of the multidisciplinary team using appropriate communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting service development, quality improvement activities, and professional education.
